Miguel speaks about his WWE NXT opportunity.
The Rascalz (Wes Lee, Zachary Wentz & Trey Miguel) were reunited across both WWE and TNA for a month. That reunion came to an end after Lee attacked his now-former partners after losing an NXT Tag Title match.
There was a profile piece that WTOL 11 did on Miguel. He spoke about the opportunity to compete for WWE and TNA at the same time. It is something he never thought he’d be able to do.
Working for both of them (WWE & TNA) at the same time is something that I never thought I’d get to do. Something that’s never really been done before and aside from a few people that I work with at TNA Pro Wresting, this is a really big thing to be working for both places at the same time.
On the 8/13 NXT, Lee stated that Miguel and Wentz only showed up to NXT to get the ‘WWE rub.’ He went on to propose the idea of facing Wentz at the No Mercy Premium Live Event.
