Will Ospreay regains AEW American (International) Championship at All In with assist from Daniel Garcia

Ospreay is champion once again.

The feud between Will Ospreay and MJF reached its climax at AEW All In. MJF converted the International Championship into the American Championship and brought the title to Ospreay’s home country of England.

Ospreay’s entrance was Assassin’s Creed-inspired and it was to promote the release of Assassin’s Creed: Shadows on November 15th.

As the match went on, Ospreay went for a Hidden Blade while MJF was kneeled down on the ring apron. The then-champion ducked and Ospreay connected with a cameraman. MJF grabbed the American Title and used it on Ospreay, but it did not get the three count.

When Ospreay was about to use the Tiger Driver ’91, MJF low blowed him. Later in the match, a masked man knocked MJF down on the mat and that individual revealed himself to be Daniel Garcia. MJF took out Garcia in July after Garcia’s International Title match.

Ospreay would go on to hit the Hidden Blade and followed up with the Tiger Driver ’91 for the win. Ospreay did not accept the American Title, so Christopher Daniels entered the ring and handed him the International Title.
