** At MLW Summer of the Beasts, Donovan Dijak made his debut for the organization. He reflected on it during an interview with Fox News Digital. Dijak was pleased to experience the level of planning and commitment MLW put into his arrival.

I was first sort of introduced to the concept a couple of weeks ago. But, yeah, the execution was flawless. I was very happy with the presentation and everything that was kind of laid out for me beforehand.

I was totally blown away with that turnaround. The video looked amazing too for such a short turnaround. I thought that was incredibly impressive for it to be sort of TV ready within minutes. I was just super blown away. And then, of course, the execution of this match, with all the talent and then afterward, was just tremendous.

This is the first time where I got really sort of a set in stone answer even before we began. I’m 37 years old. I don’t have a ton of time left in my career to be kind of hoping and praying that my hard work goes rewarded. So, to know right from the get-go that this is going to be the presentation, this is how it’s going to look, and, ‘We need you to fill your end of the bargain.’ Well, that’s something that I could really dive headfirst into because I know what I can bring to the table. The question mark in my mind has always been, OK, is that going to be reciprocated in a fashion that helps me? Elevates me? And sometimes the answer is yes, and sometimes the answer is no. But to this level that is committing to me is further than I’ve ever seen that aspect of it. So, I’m very excited in that regard.

** As Bron Breakker was partaking in a Fanatics Live signing, he was asked for his favorite memories from his NXT Championship run(s). He brought up the title defense against Tyler Bate at Worlds Collide 2022. Breakker said when Bate gets back from injury, he can get a shot at the Intercontinental Title.

Man, I feel like Tyler Bate and I (at Worlds Collide) … that was super early on too. I feel like I was still super brand-new. He’s a little banged up right now so I wish him well, hope he comes back soon, and you know what? Whenever you get back my man, you wanna challenge me for the Intercontinental Championship, I’ll lay it down for you because we had a good one so…

** While guest appearing on Gabby AF, Maria Kanellis revealed that she’s writing a book.

I’m starting to write a book right now and who knows what’ll happen with it? If it’ll come out next year or in five years or ever but, I would have no material for a book had I not had 20 years of my career. So, chicken or the egg? You need one for the other. You need the other for the one. It’s definitely hard to see what your life could become when you’re in the grind and I still feel like I’m grinding. It’s so crazy. Even when I was on TV every single week with WWE, in there with John Cena and The Rock, I never felt like I was successful and I still don’t feel successful. But, you definitely need the grind in order to have a story to tell and to be good at your job. To understand anybody’s past, you need the grind.
