Liv Morgan sees a lot of interesting matchups available for her at the WWE Performance Center.
While Morgan currently dominates Monday Night Raw as the WWE Women’s World Champion, she’s not against taking a trip down to NXT on Tuesdays nights sometime and returning to the program she left in 2017.
In a recent interview with The Ring Wrestling Show, Morgan highlighed the stacked women’s roster on NXT, mentioning how she would be happy to appear on the brand if given the opportunity.
“I’m kind, you know, of not waiting [to go to NXT] per se, but I’m like, if they ever wanted to call me, I’d make myself available,” she told The Ringer’s Wrestling Worldwide podcast. “I think top to bottom their division is so incredible and I’m just like, wow, how lucky are we that we are like secure for the next generation of women wrestlers. It’s cool because you always want to leave things better than how you found it and I look at them and I’m like, ‘Wow, I can’t wait to watch them.’ Giulia, Stephanie [Vaquer], Roxanne [Perez], Cora [Jade], Jaida Parker, Thea Hail, Lola Vice, Lash [Legend], Jakara [Jackson], all of them, I think they’re all really really talented. Tatum Paxley, I’m excited to mix it up with all of them and I’m sure I will.”
Morgan was also asked her thoughts on WWE introducing a women’s United States Championship. She was positive about the opportunity for the main roster, but also joked that it’s a belt the roster can actually get, unlike the one she holds currently.
“I love just that we’re gonna have more representation, because our roster is stacked too,” Morgan said. “I know I just said how amazing the NXT locker room is, but so is Raw and Smackdown … Also get out of here, you guys aren’t getting this [my belt] anyways, this is mine … But I think more representation is important. The women are draws.”
