Amazing Red is the latest addition to The People vs. GCW card at the Hammerstein Ballroom.
GCW has added the performer to its list of talent scheduled for the January 19 event in New York City as Red joins Masato Tanaka, Yoshihiro Tajiri, Super Crazy, Little Guido, Maki Itoh, Homicide, Josh Barnett, and others.
Last year, Red teamed with Brian XL and challenged Jordan Oliver & Nick Wayne for the GCW tag titles at the Melrose Ballroom. Red returned to GCW in April for Joey Janela’s Spring Break 8 where he defeated Gringo Loco.
The former X Division champion and independent standout has only wrestled select dates this past year, primarily for his House of Glory promotion and individual shots with Prestige Wrestling and AIW.
The talent announcements come after GCW was notified Ricky Starks was being removed from his dates with the company following comments made by Effy about AEW owner Tony Khan.
