AEW held a special event on Monday to mark the on-sale date for its All In Texas pay-per-view.
Tickets for the show, which will take place at Globe Life Field in Arlington, TX, on July 12th 2025, went on sale at 11.00 am ET.
Many of the promotion’s top stars, including Bryan Danielson, were in attendance at Monday’s launch, which was kicked off by Tony Khan and Tony Schiavone.
Also there was Conrad Thompson, the man behind the Starrcast series of fan events. He told Tony Schiavone:
Starrcast is coming back to All In right here in Arlington…This is about a celebration, a love letter for wrestling fans. A friend of mine once called it the Woodstock of wrestling: something for everybody, multiple generations, the favorite Hall of Famers, the favorite legends, and the stars of the day, and also interactive experiences you can’t do anywhere else.
The debut Starrcast event coincided with the first All In event in 2018, which predated the formation of AEW.
Next out were Big Boom AJ and Big Justice. They, along with The Rizzler, were among the more popular acts at this year’s AEW Full Gear. Big Boom AJ went into his pre-show match with QT Marshall with a broken foot, and he wore a cast at Monday’s event.
He told the crowd:
This cast will be off in about two weeks. I’ll be back in the ring about four weeks after that. We will see everyone up in the Hammerstein Ballroom. We’re going to be heading up there after that, a few more shows along the way. And then, yes, absolutely, Texas. AJ, Big Justice, we will be here at All In, and we’re coming to bring the boom.
Darby Allin appeared and confirmed that he still plans to make his attempt to climb Mount Everest in April 2025. He added: “I’m gonna take that AEW flag and plant it on top of the goddamn world to remind everybody what AEW is capable of.”
Allin’s former tag team partner Sting also made an appearance and told the crowd that Darby would win the AEW World Championship in 2025.
Also on hand was Bryan Danielson, who guaranteed the crowd he would be at All In Texas. He added:
I don’t know if I’ll be able to wrestle at that point. I don’t know if I’ll be able to wrestle again, to be quite honest, but there’s one thing that I can tell you for certain — I will be here. There is nothing that you could do to make me miss All In at Globe Life Field.
Danielson retired as a full-time wrestler after losing the AEW World Title to Jon Moxley at WrestleDream. He has an ongoing neck issue that is expected to require surgery.
Bobby Lashley, Mercedes Moné, Thunder Rosa and Swerve Strickland were among the other talent that appeared at the event, which can be viewed in full on AEW’s YouTube channel.
