A major title fight just got added to WWE’s live debut on Netflix.
Rivals Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley will meet once again as part of WWE’s premiere of Monday Night Raw on Netflix, with Morgan putting her WWE Women’s World Championship on the line.
The meeting between the two, which will go down on January 6 from the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, California, was announced Wednesday by General Manager Adam Pearce as part of the Raw on Netflix Kickoff event.
The upcoming match, which sees Ripley get another chance to regain the same title she vacated due to injury in April of this year, continues a lengthy rivalry between her and the current Judgement Day members.
The bout is expected to be the first in-ring meeting between the two since Ripley pinned Morgan clean as part of a 2024 Survivor Series WarGames match.
Their feud, which has spanned months and has been one of the biggest storylines on Raw, will get one of its biggest chapters and potentially a payoff as part of the brand’s massively hyped debut on the streaming service.
