Just hours before their highly-anticipated live debut on Netflix, WWE has released a sneak-peak of how tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw will kick off.
The cold open for this evening’s episode of Raw from the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, California, has been uploaded to WWE’s Youtube channel.
The three-minute video describes how wrestling has grown over the decades, becoming a household part of American television and now moving into an era of streaming, starting with Netflix: “The screens get smaller, but the show gets bigger. Global, from television to streaming, America to the world.”
Presenting a ring canvas mural by the end showcasing dozens of WWE legends all in the same frame, Levesque finally introduces fans to “the all-real, ever-fantastic, never-to-end story of WWE.”
