**WWE Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon joined Barstool Sports’ The Corp podcast and elaborated on several topics including her stating that WWE is not listening to their fans to a certain degree. “I think we’re maybe not listening as closely as we want to be right about now. I just think that they’re being very vocal and they’re telling us exactly what they want and sometimes to your point earlier, it’s not what you want to do because you’re setting them up for something else. Well, sometimes it’s a setup for a payoff of something even bigger and they just have to be patient and sometimes, we’re not listening as well as we would like to.” Stephanie said.
While speaking about the WWE Network app, Stephanie mentioned that there could be different price points for the app: “And then, of course, our direct-to-consumer platform which is the app — the WWE Network, and that currently has — it bounces between 1.5 and 2 million subscribers and that is what we created to super-serve our most ardent fan base. So that’s where WrestleMania is, that’s where our previously called, still called pay-per-views are. Later this year, we’re going to be rolling out version 2.0 with some more customized features and potentially different price points.”
Stephanie McMahon also commented on the storied rumors about Vince McMahon hating sneezing. She stated that he hates it because he cannot control it and it upsets him. “Totally,” Stephanie admitted that she has sneezed around her father. “He doesn’t hate me for it but it’s always with a *growling noise*. But, on the flip side, I’ve been around when he has sneezed. He doesn’t like anything he can’t control. So the fact that he can’t control the sneeze is very — it makes him upset.”
**On the most recent edition of Chris Jericho’s Talk Is Jericho podcast, Jericho shared details of what was going on backstage at All Out from his vantage point. He stated that Kenny Omega and PAC were not pleased with their match and compared the two to Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit in regards to two athletes wanting to perfect their craft.
Afterward, both Kenny and PAC were mad because I guess, their match was too long and they ran out of time and they had to cut a bunch of stuff and they were not happy about it and meanwhile, it’s like the best match on the show.” Jericho laughed. “They remind me so much of Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit in-that these guys are putting on these amazing, amazing matches but they were always mad because something didn’t go right or they didn’t hit a punch or kick the way they wanted it to, originally. They were always really hard on themselves for this.
**Asuka launched her ‘KanaChanTV’ YouTube gaming channel.
**NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis wrote a piece for Flagged in-which he expressed that WWE has left a gap in the market for the National Wrestling Alliance: “But in the midst of all the amazing visual effects, I believe that, sometimes, the personalities of the performers can be overshadowed and there can be a sensory overload where you kind of ‘gloss over’. This is in no way an indictment of WWE’s product, I just think that its left a gap in the market for us; while we will have a studio set up that resembles those of the classic 70s and 80s television eras, it will, of course, be updated to make use of technologies we have access to in 2019.”

I think right now there’s no smarter professional wrestler than Brock Lesnar at the moment. I’m aware of the — I don’t know — the negative reactions he gets by the fans, but if I ever end up in that position in my career, I would be very thankful.” WALTER laughed. “For sure, 100 percent. I think Brock is amazing and I would love to do that [wrestle Lesnar].”
**Sin Cara noted on Instagram that he will be returning to WWE on September 27th at a live event in El Paso, Texas.
**The Performance Center’s Josiah Williams was profiled by Journal Sentinel.
**The Daily Beast obtained police documents of former WWE talent Daniel Rodimer’s incident at a Waffle House in 2011 which led to him being arrested. The documents reportedly read that Rodimer began to bother a group of women at the establishment. A male friend of the women told Rodimer to leave them alone which led to Rodimer shoving said individual to the ground. Here’s a statement from the individual who Rodimer was physical with:
When I asked him to leave the girls at our table alone and to please just move on, he grabbed me by the neck and threw me into a chair and onto the floor.” After the commotion settled down, Rodimer purposefully left his business card in the Waffle House which police used to identify him.
