AEW Dynamite notes: Lance Archer debuting next week, Dark Order warns SCU

AEW Dynamite's post-Revolution show will feature the debut of Lance Archer. Also, The Dark Order says Christopher Daniels will be "obsolete" and much more occurred during the Revolution go-home show.

This weekend, AEW is presenting their Revolution pay-per-view and there are currently seven matches slated for the show. There were announcements made for next week’s Dynamite in Broomfield, Colorado at the 1st Bank Center as well. Next week’s show will feature the AEW debut of former IWGP U.S. Heavyweight Champion Lance Archer. It was announced earlier today that Archer signed a multi-year deal with the company and one week after that announcement, he’ll be debuting on TNT.

The Dark Order (Stu Grayson, Evil Uno, Alex Reynolds & John Silver) appeared on Dynamite and stated that S.C.U. will feel their presence at Revolution and Christopher Daniels will be “obsolete”.

During a sit-down interview segment with The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega and Hangman Page ahead of their AEW World Tag Team Title match this weekend, Nick and Matt Jackson brought up how they brought Hangman into Bullet Club and made him a star and Nick said that Hangman was a jobber in Ring of Honor before he aligned with The Elite.

Also, AEW brought in former WWF, AWA and WCW announcer Gary Michael Cappetta to verbally navigate the weigh-in between Jon Moxley and AEW World Champion Chris Jericho.
