Next Monday’s episode of Raw will feature Steve Austin appearing in Pittsburgh and they have also announced that The Undertaker will be on the show.
Following a promo from AJ Styles, challenging The Undertaker to a match at WrestleMania, next week will feature the contract signing for their match on April 5th at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa.
After Undertaker pinned Styles at Super ShowDown on February 27th and cost Styles the match against Aleister Black at Elimination Chamber, Styles delivered a big promo running down ‘Taker. The content of the promo included the acknowledgment that his wife is Michelle McCool, identifying him by his real name of Mark Calaway, and going so far as to say he’ll make sure Undertaker dies in the ring.
It will be Undertaker’s first match at WrestleMania since 2018 when he defeated John Cena in a short match at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans and missed last year’s show.
It is Styles’ fifth consecutive WrestleMania after joining the company in January 2016 and facing Chris Jericho, Shane McMahon, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Randy Orton at past shows.
Next week’s episode of Raw is being billed around 3:16 Day with Austin appearing on the show from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
