WWE has confirmed a previous report that the next NXT TakeOver special will be on Sunday, October 4th airing at 7 pm Eastern on the WWE Network.
The date of the TakeOver special was first reported by Mike Johnson at PWinsider.com last month.
The announcement comes three weeks before the show with as many episodes of NXT to promote the special. As of now, no matches have been released.
This will be the fourth consecutive TakeOver special to air on a Sunday night with the shift in nights from Saturday to Sunday beginning with this past February’s event.
