The WWE has announced that Charlotte has been removed from tonight’s SmackDown Live taping in Pittsburgh.
The company is citing an injury and we were informed it is regarding a minor procedure Charlotte had last week and was removed as a precaution being that it is so close to WrestleMania. This is not expected to affect her status for WrestleMania at all.
Charlotte was scheduled for two matches tonight with a rematch against Natalya on SmackDown Live, and teaming with Bobby Roode on the Mixed Match Challenge against Sasha Banks and Finn Balor. The company is running a poll to have Becky Lynch, Carmella, or Lana replace Charlotte as Roode’s teammate tonight.
