NXT has added a new match to next weekend’s TakeOver card where KUSHIDA will face The Velveteen Dream on Sunday, October 4th.
The match-up stems from several angles on NXT television where KUSHIDA attacked Dream’s shoulder. This past week, Velveteen Dream interfered during the Gauntlet Eliminator attacking KUSHIDA and causing his elimination.
The TakeOver event now has four matches announced for the show:
*NXT Championship: Finn Balor (champion) vs. Kyle O’Reilly
*NXT Women’s Championship: Io Shirai (champion) vs. Candice LeRae
*NXT North American Championship: Damian Priest (champion) vs. Johnny Gargano
*KUSHIDA vs. Velveteen Dream
