Drew McIntyre successfully defeated Randy Orton to retain the WWE Championship at the Clash of Champions pay-per-view in September and at the SummerSlam pay-per-view in August. Orton and McIntyre are meeting once more for the WWE Championship at the Hell In A Cell event on 10/25 inside Hell In A Cell.
McIntyre accepted Orton’s challenge for the match during a backstage interview with Charly Caruso. Orton issued the challenge to open RAW as he reflected on taking out Big Show, Christian, Ric Flair and Shawn Michaels at the conclusion of last week’s show.
