WWE released their latest injury report and shared that NXT’s Ridge Holland has undergone surgery. Ridge suffered an ankle dislocation and patellar tendon rupture during last night’s edition of NXT. Holland also dislocated his knee but his knee was put back in place at the ringside area and his ankle was put back in place once he arrived at the hospital.
Ridge’s injury occurred after he bested Danny Burch in a singles match. After the bout, Ridge continued his attack on Burch which led to Oney Lorcan coming out and brawling with Holland. As Lorcan attempted to hit a crossbody onto Holland who was on the outside, Holland’s weight shifted back and his foot was horizontal as Lorcan’s weight came down on him.
Doesn’t look great for Ridge Holland, the ref through up the X as well.
Hopefully it’s not too serious. #WWENXT pic.twitter.com/KeyKwe04Z2

Holland was spotlighted at the conclusion of NXT TakeOver 31 where he dropped Adam Cole in front of Kyle O’Reilly and Finn Balor after the main event of the show. During the 10/7 episode of NXT, Ridge was asked why did he presumably attack Adam Cole and Ridge stated that he didn’t have a luxury car prior to attacking Cole but now he does.
