After assisting Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch in becoming the new NXT Tag Team Champions last week, Pat McAfee appeared at NXT Halloween Havoc alongside Burch and Lorcan and McAfee explained why he paid Ridge Holland to ambush Adam Cole, Roderick Strong and Bobby Fish respectively. McAfee was soon interrupted by Kyle O’Reilly who was followed by former WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne who appeared on NXT TV for the first time since March.
Dunne appeared to chase off McAfee, Burch and Lorcan but ended up hitting Kyle O’Reilly with a steel chair and siding with the opposite trio.
