WWE SmackDown notes: SmackDown’s Survivor Series teams are set, Murphy-Rollins

SmackDown's go-home show featured the blue brand's Survivor Series teams getting rounded out along with Murphy pinning Seth Rollins.

The 11/20 episode of Friday Night SmackDown was the go-home show before Survivor Series this coming Sunday. The blue-brand’s respective teams for the traditional Survivor Series matches were rounded out on tonight’s program. WWE on-screen authority figure Adam Pearce added former SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley onto the women’s Survivor Series team. Natalya also joined the team by defeating Tamina in singles competition. SmackDown’s women’s team now features Bianca Belair, Ruby Riott, Liv Morgan, Bayley and Natalya.

Adam Pearce also appointed Otis to the men’s Money In The Bank team. It’ll be Otis, Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, Jey Uso and King Corbin.

While mentioning Seth Rollins, he took on Murphy in singles competition. Murphy was accompanied to the ring by Dominik, Rey and Aalyah Mysterio and he pulled off the victory after hitting Rollins with the “Murphy’s Law”.

After being ambushed by Jey Uso several weeks ago, Daniel Bryan returned to SmackDown and got his win back over Jey. The story of the match was that Bryan’s kidney was damaged but he overcame Uso and won the match.
