New Japan Pro-Wrestling determined the finals of their respective World Tag League and Best of the Super Juniors tournaments on 12/6. The finals of both tourneys are scheduled to take place on December 11th in Tokyo at Budokan.

The Best of the Super Juniors final will see El Desperado and Hiromu Takahashi meet. Both were at the top of the bracket points-wise with 14 each. Hiromu won the 2018 Best of the Super Juniors tournament and this past August at the Jingu Stadium show, he dropped the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title to Taiji Ishimori.

On the World Tag League front, FinJuice (Juice Robinson & David Finlay) are taking on Guerrillas of Destiny (Tama Tonga & Tanga Loa). Robinson and Finlay won the 2019 World Tag League tournament and they went on to defeat Tama and Tanga at Wrestle Kingdom 14.

Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa have never won a World Tag League tournament but the duo have regularly been champions going into Wrestle Kingdom.
