WWE Champion Drew McIntyre and Sheamus lost to AJ Styles, John Morrison and The Miz in a Handicap match. Styles connected with a “Phenomenal Forearm” to Sheamus to score the win but prior to that, Sheamus accidentally “Brogue Kicked” McIntyre while aiming for their opponent[s]. The two met in the backstage area and started brawling and once WWE producer Pat Buck tried to separate them, both Sheamus and McIntyre laid out Pat.

In the main event, Randy Orton competed against Funhouse Bray Wyatt. After connecting with an RKO, the lights went out and when the lights cut back on, The Fiend was present and he choked out Orton ahead of their match at TLC on 12/20.
WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Shayna Baszler was pinned for the third week in a row. Shayna went one-on-one with RAW Women’s Champion Asuka and was rolled up for the win. Lana and Asuka are challenging Shayna and Nia Jax for the Women’s Tag Titles at TLC. Before that title match, on next week’s show, Lana is scheduled to take on Nia.
