2021 men’s Royal Rumble winner Edge appeared on the 2/8 episode of Raw to provide an update on his WrestleMania decision. Last week, Edge showed up on Raw, NXT and SmackDown and shared the ring with each brand’s respective world champion. Edge stated that because of the announcement that Drew McIntyre is defending the WWE Championship inside Elimination Chamber, he’ll make his decision after that match to get a better look at the landscape of champions.
Shane McMahon made his return to Raw to announce the WWE Championship match for Elimination Chamber alongside Adam Pearce.
Tonight’s show also saw the return of Kofi Kingston who has been out of action with a jaw injury. Prior to 2/8, Kingston’s last match was on the 1/4 edition of Raw. He teamed with Xavier Woods and they picked up a win over RETRIBUTION’s T-BAR and Slapjack. Woods sported the G4 logo on his tights. Back in late 2020, Woods was signed by G4 to be a host for their reboot.

Lana scored a win over Nia Jax in a Tables match. At the Royal Rumble pay-per-view, Lana eliminated Jax from the match. Following Lana and Nia’s singles match, Naomi defeated Shayna Baszler in singles competition. Lana and Naomi do have an opportunity at Jax and Baszler’s Women’s Tag Team Championships waiting in the wings.
