Triple-Threat match for AEW World Title added to Double Or Nothing

Following a double count out on Dynamite, Kenny Omega is now going to defend the AEW World Title in a Triple-Threat at Double Or Nothing

The AEW World Championship was scheduled to be defended at Double Or Nothing on May 30th in a singles match. PAC and Orange Cassidy met in singles competition on tonight’s Dynamite to determine Kenny Omega’s challenger.

The match resulted in a double count out. While Orange Cassidy was out, Omega ran into the ring and ambushed PAC which led to the double count out. Omega and Don Callis were then met on stage by Tony Schiavone who relayed the message that Omega will defend the AEW World Title against both Cassidy and PAC on May 30th.

With this addition to the card, here’s the updated lineup for Double Or Nothing:

  • AEW Women’s World Championship: Hikaru Shida (c) vs. Britt Baker (w/ Rebel)
  • Anthony Ogogo (w/ The Factory) vs. Cody Rhodes (w/ Arn Anderson)
  • Casino Battle Royale: Christian Cage, Matt Sydal
  • AEW World Championship — Three-Way Match: Kenny Omega (c) vs. PAC vs. Orange Cassidy
