There were several announcements made for the 7/1 NXT UK. The newly crowned Women’s Champion Meiko Satomura is scheduled to appear for the first time since defeating Kay Lee Ray for the title.
Jack Starz is getting his shot at the Heritage Cup trophy when he meets Tyler Bate in singles competition. In addition to that, Jordan Devlin is going one-on-one with A-Kid.
The conclusion of the 6/24 NXT UK saw Ilja Dragunov defeat Rampage Brown and Joe Coffey in a Triple-Threat match. As Dragunov was recovering from his win, he was met in the ring by NXT UK Champion WALTER, who choked Ilja out. WALTER and Dragunov competed in the Fall of 2020 for the NXT UK Title and since Ilja’s return, he has been attempting to bounce back from that loss.
