In September of 2020, WWE announced that NXT talent Tegan Nox suffered a torn ACL. That occasion was the third time that Tegan tore her ACL in her career.

Prior to Monday Night Raw going live on USA Network, she returned to the ring and competed in a dark match, per PWInsider. Nox’s last sanctioned match took place in August of 2020 which was a Battle Royal on SmackDown.

At the time of her last injury, Nox was involved in a storyline with Candice LeRae and she was taken off TV after LeRae ran a crate into Tegan’s knee.

Nox is 26-years of age and has been with WWE since 2017. She confirmed that prior to her ACL tear in 2018, she was penciled in to go to the finals of that year’s Mae Young Classic.
