As AEW wrapped up night two of Fyter Fest in Texas, they pushed out the lineup for Fight For The Fallen on 7/28 in Charlotte, North Carolina. It was announced at the top of the 7/21 show that GCW World Champion Nick Gage is taking on Chris Jericho in a No Rules match. That show will also feature a ten-man elimination tag as The Elite (Kenny Omega, The Young Bucks, Doc Gallows & Karl Anderson) meet Hangman Adam Page and Dark Order (Evil Uno, Stu Grayson, Alex Reynolds & John Silver). If Hangman and Dark Order win, they get their shot[s] at The Elite’s respective championships.

Fresh off of capturing the IWGP U.S. Heavyweight Title, Lance Archer is putting the title on the line next week against New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s Hikuleo. Along with that, FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) are going to meet Santana and Ortiz. A major announcement concerning a new live event is being promoted for Fight For The Fallen and rounding the card out is Christian, Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus facing Angelico and Private Party (Marq Quen & Isiah Kassidy).

Malakai Black is making his AEW in-ring debut on 8/4 at the Homecoming show. He will be going one-on-one with Cody Rhodes.

During Wheeler YUTA and Darby Allin’s match at Fyter Fest, Sting and Orange Cassidy crossed paths:

Nyla Rose was unsuccessful in her attempt to defeat Britt Baker for the AEW Women’s World Championship.

Adding on to the Fight For The Fallen lineup is a celebration of Ricky Starks’ FTW Title win along with an in-ring segment with QT Marshall and Tony Schiavone.
