Reigns versus Lesnar is official for Crown Jewel.

WWE is returning to Saudi Arabia on October 21st for their Crown Jewel event. The first match announced for the show is Roman Reigns versus Brock Lesnar. The forthcoming match will be the fourth singles match between the two talents.

Reigns is scheduled to defend the Universal Championship at Extreme Rules on 9/26 against ‘Demon King’ Finn Balor. If Reigns loses the title at Extreme Rules, the match with Lesnar is still on.

Brock appeared at the SmackDown show at Madison Square Garden and confronted Reigns, Paul Heyman and The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso). Lesnar revealed that Heyman was aware he was going to be at SummerSlam which drew the ire of Reigns and The Usos.

The last time Roman and Brock met in Saudi Arabia was in 2018 at the Greatest Royal Rumble event where Lesnar defeated Reigns in a Steel Cage to retain the Universal Title.
