On the 10/22 AEW Rampage, the bracket for the TBS Women’s Championship tournament will be revealed. The finals are taking place on the January 5th episode of Dynamite when the show moves over to the TBS network.
Also on next week’s Rampage, the AEW World Title Eliminator tournament will begin. The bracket for that tournament is scheduled to be unveiled on the 10/16 Dynamite on TNT.
Following Lee Moriarty’s loss to Bobby Fish on the Rampage BUY-IN, AEW formally announced his signing. AEW President Tony Khan offered Lee Moriarty a contract prior to the 9/8 Dynamite and Moriarty accepted and signed.

The headlining match of the Rampage BUY-IN was Bryan Danielson versus Minoru Suzuki. Danielson defeated Suzuki with a Busaiku knee strike.

In the main event of Rampage on TNT, Scorpio Sky pinned Chris Jericho to get the win for himself, Ethan Page and former UFC Heavyweight Champion Junior dos Santos. As Jericho had Sky in the ‘Walls of Jericho’, Paige VanZant climbed on the ring apron and distracted referee Aubrey Edwards which led to Jorge Masvidal delivering a running knee to Jericho. Post-match, Santana and Ortiz made the save as American Top Team was beating down The Inner Circle.

Jon Moxley versus Wheeler YUTA along with Kiera Hogan versus Penelope Ford has been added to the 10/16 Dynamite.
To kick off Rampage, CM Punk continued his winning streak by defeating Matt Sydal. Punk is now 4-0 in AEW.
