Zoey Stark confirms that she underwent surgery.
At NXT 2.0 Halloween Havoc, Zoey Stark and Io Shirai lost the NXT Women’s Tag Titles to Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne in a Triple-Threat Ladder match.
Stark was injured in the bout, as first reported by POST Wrestling’s John Pollock. She took to Twitter today and confirmed that she underwent surgery for an ACL and meniscus tear.
It was noted in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Stark was scheduled to undergo surgery.

Stark and Shirai first won the NXT Women’s Tag Titles back in July at the Great American Bash event.
Several matches were added to tonight’s episode of NXT 2.0 including a singles match between Kay Lee Ray and Sarray.
