Kazuyuki Fujita is the new GHC heavyweight champion.
The 51-year old defeated Katsuhiko Nakajima in the main event on Wednesday’s ‘Gain Control’ event in Nagoya.

The match lasted 21 minutes and 12 seconds with Fujita hitting the Beast Bomb and followed with a soccer kick. At the count of two, Fujita lifted Nakajima’s shoulders off the mat and hit a second Beast Bomb, and secured the win.
Afterward, Masato Tanaka came out and poured a beer over Fujita and will be the first challenger for the new champ.

Fujita and Tanaka will meet on March 21st.
Nakajima won the title last October and this ends his second reign as GHC heavyweight champion.
