Lashley answers Omos’ challenge.
Former WWE Champion Bobby Lashley had been out of action since the Elimination Chamber event in February. Lashley made his return to WWE TV on the 3/28 Monday Night Raw from Pittsburgh and he confronted Omos.
Omos picked up a win over The Viking Raiders (Ivar & Erik) after Erik was not able to make it back in the ring for the ten count. Omos was then interviewed about who he could potentially be facing at WrestleMania and that’s when Lashley made his way out to the ring.
The two talents began to brawl and Lashley knocked Omos off his feet. Soon after, it was made official that they are going one-on-one on WrestleMania Sunday.

In February, it was reported by former WWE writer Kazeem Famuyide that Lashley had been dealing with a legitimate injury coming out of the 2022 Royal Rumble event, which is why he was pulled from the WWE Title match at Elimination Chamber. He added that Lashley was facing shoulder surgery.
With the addition of Omos versus Lashley for WrestleMania, there are now seven matches scheduled for night two:
