Jeff Hardy was arrested on Monday in Volusia County, Florida, and is accused of driving under the influence.
The AEW star was arrested on Monday, according to the Volusia County records with Hardy accused of driving under the influence, driving while his license is either canceled, suspended, or revoked, and violating restrictions on his driver’s license.
The DUI charge is a third-degree felony. The other two charges are misdemeanors.
ESPN’s Marc Raimondi reports that Hardy was in custody as of Monday afternoon with a $3,500 bond. It was also noted that Hardy is set to appear in court on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. local time.
Hardy was being advertised for a ladder match this Wednesday on Dynamite in St. Louis, Missouri, and is also scheduled for AAA’s TripleMania event this Saturday in Tijuana. Neither promotion has provided an update on his status for either event.
