Prichard is taking on the Interim Head of Talent Relations role in WWE.

There is an ongoing investigation into a secret settlement between Vince McMahon and a former WWE employee. This investigation is being looked into by the company’s Board of Directors. The Wall Street Journal report which broke the story read that there are nondisclosure agreements involving other former female employees who made misconduct claims against both McMahon and John Laurinaitis.

According to PWInsider, Laurinaitis has been placed on administrative leave. He was the Head of Talent Relations and now filling in for him as the interim head of the department is Bruce Prichard. Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp confirmed PWInsider’s report.

A memo was issued to talent about the change and noted that Prichard would provide a “seamless transition”. Prichard recently underwent surgery for a torn rotator cuff.

In the Wall Street Journal report, it is noted that the employee who was involved with McMahon was hired at a salary of $100,000 and bumped up to $200,000 after beginning the relationship. Vince allegedly “gave her like a toy” to Laurinaitis and she claims McDevitt paid her millions of dollars to keep quiet.
