The 27-year-old star from DDT came over to the U.S this April for an extended stay wrestling for AEW along with several independent shows.
Takeshita became a breakout performer on AEW broadcasts including matches with Hangman Page, Eddie Kingston, Jon Moxley, and Claudio Castagnoli.
He also worked shows for PWG, JCW, DEFY, Progress Wrestling, Black Label Pro, and Ric Flair’s Last Match during his stay in the U.S.
Takeshita is set to team with Mao and Yasu Urano against Dick Togo, Daisuke Sasaki & Kanon at DDT’s Peter Pan event next weekend at Ota City General Gymnasium in Tokyo.
