The show kicked off with Hangman Adam Page & Dark Order defeating Best Friends to advance to the Trios Championship Tournament Final at All Out against Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks.

A brief promo package aired highlighting the history between Tomohiro Ishii and Eddie Kingston.

A Hook backstage interview was interrupted by “Cool Hand Ange” and “Daddy Magic” Matt Menard saying that they were going to get a “taste of the title” on Sunday.

Ortiz and Ruby Soho defeated Sami Guevara & Tay Melo in a non-title match. Shortly thereafter, it was announced that a rematch – this time for the AAA Mixed Tag Team Championships – would occur at the Zero Hour All Out preshow.

A backstage interview with Hangman & Dark Order was interrupted by Don Callis. He pointed out that Hangman had screwed over his friends The Bucks for power and money and Callis didn’t think that was Hangman’s style.

Mark Henry conducted a sit-down interview with Jade Cargill and Athena. Jade and the Baddies started calling Athena “Number 37” which lead to Athena cutting a fiery promo saying how she was going to beat Cargill this Sunday for every woman in the back.

Tony Schiavone interviewed The Acclaimed and Swerve in Our Glory. Swerve pointed out Anthony Bowens’ recent injuries as a weak point in the team and compared himself and Keith Lee to rock and gravel – and said “rock always beats scissors”.

An FTR and Wardlow promo was interrupted by Sonjay Dutt, Jay Lethal, Satnam Singh and The Motor City Machine Guns. The MCMGs said that they had the respect of the AEW locker room and insulted Dax’s daughter which lead to Cash and Wardlow holding Dax back to end the segment.

Mark Henry interviewed QT Marshall and Ricky Starks before the main event and Starks revealed that he had barricaded The Factory in their locker room. QT hurried to free The Factory but Starks jumped him from behind and they brawled towards the ring. After Starks defeated Marshall, Powerhouse Hobbs ran down and brawled with Starks.

With the show closing and the Starks/Hobbs brawl still going on, Bryan Danielson appeared on the ramp to confront Chris Jericho who had been on commentary. The pair stood nose to nose as Rampage went off the air.

AEW Rampage results:
*Hangman Adam Page & Dark Order over Best Friends in 11:11
*Rey Fenix over Blake Christian in 2:21
*Ortiz and Ruby Soho defeated Sami Guevara & Tay Melo in 7:40
*Ricky Starks over QT Marshall in 7:04
