The SWA World Title is now vacant.

STARDOM held their ‘Hiroshima Goddess Festival’ event on November 3rd and on the show, Mayu Iwatani defeated ‘Alpha Female’ Jazzy Gabert to retain the SWA World Championship.

Post-match, Iwatani opted to vacate the SWA World Title and stated that she’s going to focus on becoming IWGP Women’s Champion.

Iwatani made it to the finals of the IWGP Women’s Championship tournament. She’ll be facing KAIRI at Historic X-Over on November 20th. The winner of that bout will have their first title defense at Wrestle Kingdom 17 in January.

Karen Peterson will have a written recap of today’s STARDOM show here on POST Wrestling.
