Fox (Thomas Ballester), 35, noted that he grew up near Bridgeport, the site of Wednesday’s show and that his mother was in the crowd to watch him perform.
Originally trained by Curtis Hughes, Fox has been a stalwart on the independent scene for the past fifteen years and has worked for promotions including CZW, EVOLVE, and Dragon Gate. In 2016, he debuted on Lucha Underground as Dante Fox and had a rivalry with Shane Strickland a.k.a. Killshot.
