Athena challenging Mercedes Martinez for ROH Women’s World Title at Final Battle

Mercedes Martinez's next challenger to the ROH Women's World Championship is Athena and they'll clash at Final Battle

New championship match scheduled for Final Battle. 

There is one week left to before the Ring of Honor Final Battle pay-per-view on December 10th. The match card is rounding out and the latest addition is a Women’s World Title match. 

The reigning champion Mercedes Martinez was called out by Athena and their match has been made official.

This is going to be the 21st installment of Final Battle and below is the updated match card: 

  • ROH World Championship: Chris Jericho (c) vs. Claudio Castagnoli (If Castagnoli loses, he must join Jericho Appreciation Society)
  • ROH Pure Championship: Daniel Garcia (c) vs. Wheeler Yuta
  • ROH Women’s World Championship: Mercedes Martinez (c) vs. Athena
