IMPACT on AXS notes: Scott D’Amore put through a table, Don West tribute, Pit Fight challenge

Bully Ray & The Good Hands put Scott D'Amore through a table, Mike Bailey fed up with Kenny King, Don West tribute video, Joe Hendry-Moose

IMPACT Executive Vice President Scott D’Amore came to the ring to confront Bully Ray. Their back and forth led to D’Amore punching Bully in the face and shortly after, D’Amore was taken out by Bully and The Good Hands (John Skyler & Jason Hotch). Bully powerbombed D’Amore through a table.

At the start of the show, a graphic was put up for the late Don West. There was a tribute video for West as well which featured talents and those behind the scenes sharing their memories of the former TNA/IMPACT commentator.

‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey grew tired of Kenny King after King went to his wrestling school and beat down his students. Bailey issued a challenge to Kenny for a ‘Pit Fight’ match which will be no ropes, only submissions and knockout.

Once again, Sami Callihan expressed his desire to be part of The Design (Deaner, Angels & Kon). The group invited Callihan to appear on the 1/12 program. If Callihan wants in, he’ll have to get his head shaved.

Making his IMPACT Wrestling in-ring debut was Anthony Greene and he fell in defeat to Black Taurus.

Ahead of their Digital Media Championship match at Hard To Kill, Joe Hendry showed Moose the new theme and entrance video that was created for him.

When Gisele Shaw approached Tasha Steelz and Savannah Evans, she offered them assistance in dealing with ‘Death Dollz’ (Rosemary, Taya Valkyrie & Jessicka). Gisele stated that she and Jai Vidal are open to forming an alliance. On the 1/12 show, Savannah is scheduled to take on Rosemary.

In addition to Evans versus Rosemary, the following bouts are taking place next week:

  • Brian Myers vs. Heath
  • Eddie Edwards, Steve Maclin & Moose vs. Jonathan Gresham, Joe Hendry & Rich Swann

During the Masha Slamovich versus Taylor Wilde match, Deonna Purrazzo guest appeared on commentary.
