Last month, Rhea Ripley picked up a singles victory over Akira Tozawa on Monday Night Raw. A colleague of Rhea’s in Kofi Kingston believes that in 2023, she’ll go on capture a singles title in the men’s division.
WWE put together a video of their talents making predictions for the new year and Kofi shared that his ‘most surprising’ prediction is that Ripley will hold either the Intercontinental or United States Title.
I’m gonna put Rhea [Ripley] in the mix and the most surprising thing that will happen this year is that Rhea will win the Intercontinental Championship or the United States Championship.
Kingston is one-half of the reigning NXT Tag Team Champions alongside Xavier Woods and at NXT New Year’s Evil, they came face-to-face with the returning Gallus (Mark Coffey & Wolfgang).
