All Elite Wrestling and New Japan Pro-Wrestling are coming together to present Forbidden Door today and ahead of the show, AEW President Tony Khan shared that Adam Cole is dealing with an illness.
Cole was scheduled to take on Tom Lawlor at tonight’s pay-per-view but due to the illness, the match has been canceled.
Lawlor competed in a dark match before the show began. He defeated Serpentico.
Due to illness, @AdamColePro isn't cleared tonight, therefore the Adam Cole vs @FilthyTomLawlor match is canceled.
Despite the change, tonight will be an amazing show!
