AEW Rampage posted an increase in viewership figures and attracted its largest audience since April.

The June 30 taped show from Hamilton averaged 450,000 viewers and 171,000 (0.13) in the 18-49 demographic, per Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics.

It was the largest audience for Rampage since April 14, which was a number inflated by a heavy lead-in from the NBA.

The viewership was up by 15% and the 18-49 audience increased by 18% from last week’s performance. In the key demo, males grew by 26% with females only moving up by 2%.

It was not as strong among the younger demo as the 18-34 category fell by 20% with decreases of 23% with males and 15% among women.

Adults 35-49 did have a sizable gain of 37% this week led by males improving by 41% this week and helping the overall number.

The show was led by the opening quarter for the ROH Championship Match between Claudio Castagnoli and Komander which topped the show with 511,000 viewers and 194,000 in the demo before settling at a lower average for the remainder of the show, per Thurston’s quarter-hour report. Rampage was headlined by Hikaru Shida beating Taya Valkyrie.
