Jushin Thunder Liger said he will be in attendance for the finals of the Owen Hart Cup this weekend.
The 58-year-old Liger posted an image from the airport stating he was heading to Calgary where he was invited to attend the finals of the two tournaments at AEW Collision.

Liger, who retired in 2020, spent a year in Stampede Wrestling in 1987 during his excursion under his real name of Keiichi Yamada. This was after Stampede had been re-launched in 1985 and featured Yamada along with Owen Hart, Brian Pillman, and Chris Benoit among some of the featured players.
Liger last wrestled in Canada in May 2018 against Cody Rhodes at the ROH & NJPW War of the Worlds events in Toronto.
The Owen Hart Cup Finals include CM Punk vs. Ricky Starks and Ruby Soho vs. Willow Nightingale/Athena (match airing tonight on AEW Rampage).
