The lineup for Saturday’s G1 Climax card has been released, which is highlighted by the semi-final matches of the tournament.
Saturday’s card streams at 4 a.m. ET and is the first of two nights at Ryogoku Kokugikan as the G1 Climax wraps up this weekend.
The semi-finals see Kazuchika Okada take on EVIL and Will Ospreay faces Tetsuya Naito.
Okada won the B Block and followed with a quarterfinal victory against Zack Sabre Jr. while EVIL finished second in the C Block and beat IWGP World Heavyweight Champion SANADA in the quarters.
Ospreay and Naito met in last year’s semi-final with Ospreay prevailing. This year, Ospreay avenged a loss to David Finlay while Naito beat Hikuelo to advance to the final four.
Saturday’s card will feature GHC Jr. Heavyweight Champion HAYATA teaming with NOAH’s Kaito Kiyomiya in an undercard tag match against Hiroyoshi Tenzan & Master Wato.
