Kevin Owens returns to WWE television on Monday Night Raw

Kevin Owens made his return to WWE television in front of a raucous crowd in Quebec City on Monday Night Raw.

Owens had been off TV for around a month, last appearing on the July 27th episode of Raw.

However, he did perform in a dark match in front of the Toronto fans at the Scotiabank Arena during the SmackDown taping on Friday, August 18th. He also appeared at WWE’s untelevised SuperShows in Canada over the past weekend.

At the beginning of Monday’s show, Sami Zayn came out and got a five-minute ovation from the fans in his home province at the Centre Videotron.

The Judgment Day emerged, threatening an attack on Zayn. At this point, Owens came out and attacked Dominik Mysterio before delivering a Stunner to Damian Priest.

Zayn and Owens then challenged any two members of the Judgment Day to a tag match.
