‘Personal reasons’ has been cited as the reason why Ridgeway is leaving the tour.

Pro Wrestling NOAH’s GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championships have been vacated. The titles were in Chris Ridgeway and Daga’s possession and they had been holding the titles since June.

Ridgeway took to his X account and shared that due to personal reasons, he’ll be leaving the NOAH tour to return to the United Kingdom. He noted that there are a lot of things going on that comes with a lot of pressure. He apologized to anyone that is inconvenienced by him leaving. Ridgeway added that he has a great relationship with NOAH and he’ll be back when the time is right.

NOAH has put together a tag match for the now-vacant GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Titles. On 9/24, Ninja Mack and Alejandro are facing Dragon Bane and Alpha Wolf for the titles.

The upcoming 9/24 event is going to feature N-1 Victory tournament winner Go Shiozaki challenging Jake Lee for the GHC Heavyweight Championship. In addition to that, AAA’s Psycho Clown will be challenging El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. for the National Title.
