Mickie says they’d be unstoppable.
Part one of IMPACT 1000 aired on AXS TV on September 14th. Among the moments that took place on the show were Chris Sabin’s 10th X Division Title win and the set up for the 10-woman tag match which is airing on part two of IMPACT 1000.
Gail Kim is getting back in the ring and she’ll be tagging with the returning Mickie James, Kia Stevens (Awesome Kong), Jordynne Grace and Knockouts World Champion Trinity. They are facing the team of Angelina Love, Tasha Steelz, Savannah Evans, Gisele Shaw and Deonna Purrazzo.
As Battleground Podcast was speaking to James, the idea was thrown out there for Mickie and Gail to go after the Knockouts World Tag Team Titles. Mickie jokingly said they’d be like the new Natural Disasters.
We would be unstoppable (Mickie said about herself & Gail Kim as Knockouts Tag Champions). Who’s gonna beat us? Nobody! Period.
We would be like the new Natural Disasters. She would be Tsunami maybe… She could be Tsunami — well, I don’t know. I’m not gonna pick her name for her. I definitely would probably be more — or she could be Monsoon… And I can be the Tennessee Tornado. Done, money. Look at all that money. We just printed it.
