NOAH hosting tryout in November, will be streamed on Kenoh’s YouTube channel

Auditions are taking place in November. 

Pro Wrestling NOAH are going to be holding auditions for newcomers on November 3rd in Tokyo, Japan. The promotion added that the auditions will be streamed on two-time GHC Heavyweight Champion Kenoh’s YouTube channel. 

The qualifications listed for those looking to participate are males who are no younger than the age of 16 and are in good physical and mental health. 

There will be a physical fitness test that includes the following workouts: Flexibility, mat exercise, V-shape sit-ups (50 times), foot lift sit-ups (50 times), crunches (30 times), backstretches (30 times), push ups (30 times, 5 sets), front bridges (10 times, left and right 10 times, rotate 10 times), back bridges (Front and back x 20, left and right x 10, rotation x 10), bridge hold (1 minute), squats (200 times) and jumping squats (30 times) 

Following that, Kenoh is going to be interviewing the attendees. Application requirements can be found at this link

Pro Wrestling NOAH has a show in Nagoya on September 24th that will feature five championship matches.
