- Venue: Mechanics Bank Arena, Bakersfield, CA
- Vic Joseph and Booker T on commentary
Pre-show: Kelani Jordan vs. Blair Davenport
The kick-off match began with around 15 minutes to go to the main card and was streamed free on the WWE YouTube channel, as well as on Peacock in the US and the WWE Network internationally.
Not the smoothest match, and it lasted just over five minutes. The main talking point was a post-match attack by Gigi Dolan on Blair Davenport.
Winner: Blair Davenport

Baron Corbin vs. Bron Breakker
Breakker attacked Corbin before the bell after Corbin surely broke some of California’s emission rules by coming to the ring on a motorbike that spewed fumes everywhere.
An extended pre-match brawl occurred, including fighting in the crowd and Corbin missing Breakker with a senton and landing on the announce desk.
Once the match got underway, Breakker got the lion’s share of the offense but Corbin proved hard to finish. To the delight of a vocal section of the crowd, Corbin countered a spear attempt outside the ring, smashing Breakker through the announce desk.
Breakker was able to survive and connect with a spear, and then roll Corbin back into the ring. Robert Stone appeared from nowhere at this point. Bron threw him out of the ring but the distraction was enough to allow Corbin to hit End of Days for the pinfall victory.
Winner: Baron Corbin
NXT North American Championship: Dominik Mysterio (c) vs. Trick Williams
Dragon Lee made his entrance before the competitors as the special guest referee for the match. Booker T seemed to particularly enjoy Trick Williams’ entrance theme, riffing along loudly. Dominik Mysterio got his now customary reaction.
Dom was a heat-catcher throughout, employing about every heel tactic in the book. He does this very well these days, in and out of the ring. His improvement has been quite something.
A key point in the match came when Dominik accidentally superkicked Dragon Lee. This denied Williams a three-count as a new ref made his way to the ring. Mysterio soon took out the second referee in a maneuver that looked slightly less accidental. Once again, Williams was denied a three-count.
Williams won the match after he kicked the title belt into Dom’s face as the heel was preparing to use it as a weapon. Dragon Lee recovered in time to count to three.
Take a bow, @_trickwilliams!

NXT Tag Team Championships (Fatal Four-Way): Tony D’Angelo & Stacks (c) vs. Bronco Nima & Lucien Price vs. The Creed Brothers vs. Angel & Humberto
A frenetic match and a huge crowd-pleaser, with almost non-stop action. A particular highlight came when Julius Creed suplexed almost all the other competitors out of the way while his brother Brutus cinched an ankle lock on Angel Garza.
All four teams put in great performances. Tony D had to hobble to the back early on but was able to return in time to deliver the Bada Boom Bada Bing with Stacks to Price as the other teams were outside the ring.

NXT Heritage Cup: Noam Dar (c) vs. Butch
Butch had his old pal Tyler Bate in his corner to help fend off Meta-Four, who were with Noam Dar. Best of three falls in a maximum of six 3-minute rounds. DQ or KO ends the match. Holder retains in a draw.
Round 1
A lot of mat-based and catch wrestling, as one would expect. The strikes started to fly with around a minute to go, and Butch was able to go for some of his joint manipulation but Dar was saved by the bell. Dar knocked Butch down right after the bell sounded.
Round 2
The first pinning attempt came early in the second round with Dar on Butch. Butch got in the Ten (plus) Beats of the Bodhrán but a boot from Oro Mensah on Butch while the ref was unsighted allowed Dar to score the first pin. (Dar 1-0 Butch)
Round 3
Dar continued to dominate until Butch managed to hit the Bitter End and tie things up at one fall each. (Dar 1-1 Butch)
Round 4
No pinfalls were scored as the two traded near falls. Dar survived an armbar as the bell rang.
Round 5
The pair looked fatigued as they both came close to the winning pinfall. Butch stomped on Dar’s hand just after the bell.
Round 6
Butch started with pace but was again booted by Mensah when the ref was not looking. Bate went after Mensah. With less than a minute to go, Gallus appeared and Joe Coffey blasted Butch in the face. The referee did not see this and Dar got the deciding pinfall. (Dar 2-1 Butch)
.@NoamDar and @PeteDunneYxB are going CRAZY, but what is Gallus doing here?!? 😱#NXTNoMercy pic.twitter.com/WYDCwzO7dT

Winner: Noam Dar
NXT Championship: Carmelo Hayes (c) vs. Ilja Dragunov
A striking start to the match, including some nasty-sounding chops, as Dragunov got the better of the early going. The story of the first phase of the match saw Hayes having trouble getting the upper hand against the onslaught of strikes, kicks and headbutts from Dragunov.
The balance began to shift when Hayes managed to nail an enziguri, followed up with a springboard bulldog.
In a to-and-fro portion of the match, Dragunov sustained a cut to the forehead, which only added to the spectacle.
Dragunov grabbed what many would regard as the surprise win with an H-Bomb from the ropes.
Both of these guys are tremendous performers but the realism that Dragunov brings to the table is special.
Winner: Ilja Dragunov

NXT Women’s Championship (Extreme Rules): Becky Lynch (c) vs. Tiffany Stratton
Tegan Nox was shown in the crowd. She will face the winner of the match on Monday Night Raw,
Becky Lynch came out wearing a tank top with handwritten tributes to her husband, her daughter, Bray Wyatt, and her past personas in WWE.
The match almost immediately went into the crowd after Becky emerged with a cart full of weapons.

Stratton sustained a cut beside her right eye very early on, seemingly from taking a swipe from a chain necklace belonging to Becky’s stylist.
The momentum swing came in the ring when Stratton blasted Lynch with a wrench from a toolbox.
Retaking the initiative, Lynch blasted Stratton into the shopping cart and then emptied a bag of Barbie pieces into the ring. A slam into the plastic pieces would only yield a two-count.

The women then traded blows with a trash can, with Stratton managing to deliver a spinebuster into it, but only for a near-fall. Tiffany then piled folded chairs into the ring. She wound up being countered into them, but Stratton survived to deliver a slam to Lynch on the ring steps. Again, only a two-count would result.
The plunder escalated with the use of a fire extinguisher and then a (rather fake-looking) barbed-wire bat.
In a nasty-looking bump, Stratton delivered a swanton bomb to Lynch on a table that did not break. A second swanton inside the ring still was not enough for the three-count.
Another near-fall came after Lynch delivered a Manhandle Slam to Stratton on the floor.
Becky retained after Stratton missed with the Prettiest Moonsault Ever and took a Manhandle Slam into the chairs that had been left in the ring earlier.
Winner: Becky Lynch
