STARDOM is not appearing at Wrestle Kingdom 18.
New Japan Pro-Wrestling and STARDOM’s joint strategy presentation is under way and on the STARDOM front, the promotion is going to be running a show on January 4th, 2024 at Tokyo Dome City Hall.
It is taking place prior to NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 18, which is also happening on January 4th. STARDOM is not going to appear at Wrestle Kingdom.
The main event of the Tokyo Dome City Hall show is going to be an IWGP Women’s Championship match. That title is in Mayu Iwatani’s possession.
At the joint strategy presentation, it was officially announced that the movie about Iwatani’s life, ‘Runaway Wrestler’, will be released in Japan in May 2024.
