Pro Wrestling NOAH crowned two new champions at its Demolition Stage event on Saturday in Fukuoka including a new GHC Heavyweight Champion.
In the main event, Kenoh defeated Jake Lee to become NOAH’s new GHC Heavyweight Champion and is the third time the 38-year-old has won the title after previous title victories in 2017 and 2022.
Lee’s first reign as champion began last March when he beat Kaito Kiyomiya shortly after coming over to NOAH after leaving All Japan Pro Wrestling.
After the match, it was confirmed that Kenoh would defend the title against Manabu Soya on January 2, 2024

Jack Morris won the GHC National Championship and ended the nearly one-year reign of Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr., who won the title on November 10, 2022. Morris becomes a dual champion as he currently holds the GHC tag titles with Anthony Greene. The performer debuted for NOAH in 2022 as a participant in the N-1 Victory tournament.
Saturday’s card also featured Katsuhiko Nakajima’s final match with NOAH as he teamed with Go Shiozaki in a losing affair to Naomichi Marufuji & Takashi Sugiura. Nakajima was pinned by Sugiura following an Olympic Slam.
Nakajima, 35, began his career in 2004 and first wrestled for NOAH two years into his career and been a regular since 2008. He is a former two-time GHC Heavyweight Champion, a six-time GHC tag champion, a former GHC National Champion, and held the GHC Jr. Heavyweight Championship three times throughout his career.
Nakajima has not disclosed where he will be going next.
